Hotel Escape amenities

Hotel Escape offers modern amenities to ensure a comfortable and unforgettable holiday for its guests. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower, personal hygiene products and hairdryer. LCD televisions with cable channels, free wireless Internet access, and refrigerators. Access to the hotel is card-based, to ensure the safety and comfort of guests.

Guests can spend time in the garden of the hotel with a Mediterranean air, which also has its own bar where they can enjoy a good coffee in the morning with friends in an intimate setting, but also a cocktail on warm summer evenings.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

The reservation is made only on the basis of full payment of the first night of accommodation. In case of no-show at check-in, the reservation will be canceled and the amount paid will become non-refundable.

The deadline for canceling a reservation without penalty is seven days before the start of the stay.

The advance or fully paid payment is returned within a maximum of 30 days from the request to cancel the stay.

For cancellations of reservations made less than seven days before arrival, the full value of the reservation is charged, which is retained by the hotel.

In case of no-show during the check-in time, the hotel reserves the right to release the room or rooms for the rest of the stay.

Terms and conditions

Our guests can check-in at Hotel Escape from 16:00 to 00:00.

Also, the check-out will take place until 12:00, for the smooth progress of the sanitization of the rooms for the next hotel guests.

At the time of check-in, guests are instructed to complete the accommodation form and present an ID.

Hotel Escape reserves the right to refuse accommodation if the information provided by the customer is false or incomplete.

Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and on the premises of the hotel.

Although we are animal lovers, unfortunately they cannot stay in Hotel Escape.

The Escape Hotel is located near the clubbing and beach area, so it is recommended that the party and entertainment take place in this area, to respect the comfort of the other guests of the Hotel. Therefore, parties are prohibited in hotel rooms or on their balconies. Hotel Escape provides a Bar with a Terrace in its own courtyard with a daily schedule between 9:00-23:00.

Hotel Escape cannot guarantee a specific room or position in the hotel, except according to availability at the time of check-in.

Hotel Escape strives to provide a superlative and safe experience for all its guests. However, the hotel is not responsible for items forgotten or left by guests in the rooms or other areas of the hotel. Guests are asked to check their rooms and luggage before leaving the hotel to ensure that they have not left any valuables. The hotel can, upon request, hold forgotten items in custody for a limited period of time or ship them to the guests' address, but this may be subject to additional charges.

Payment methods

Regarding payments, the hotel is flexible, offering its guests cash payment, card payment, but also bank transfer.
